I understand why either might be. I'm just curious to see. Please explain your choice.

 

I chose "Christian" because it's used in the Bible.

I like Catholic because it entails Christian, and the Christian term is so abused that I feel Catholic does a better job of explaining who I am.

Both words are dear to me.  In fact, I would add the word "orthodox" to the list, since I see myself as an Orthodox Catholic Christian.

I hadn't thought of this. Catholic suggesting fidelity to a certain body of beliefs (including fidelity to the Holy See), but Christian in these Wild West Days might mean virtually anything.

Catholic, because then if someone stumbles across me and ask if I'm Catholic...and I say yes and get the normal response...You aren't a Christian then??? And then its a means for evangelization!!!
