You want an all in one unit? Or would you like your keyboard and trackball to be separate?

 

I don't know of any wireless trackballs or keyboard off the top of my head which I would heartily suggest, as I am a bit of a freak and like the corded ones for their reduced latency and not having to change the batteries. 

 

What are you specific needs, and what will these be used for? Do you have any RSI or known wrist, joint, or nerve pain? How many hours a day will you be using them? What kind of battery life do you need to have? Etc. I could begin to narrow based on those features, although for my money I haven't ever found a better keyboard than this:

NOTICE: both of those are corded. But they are my favorites. YMMV

Okay... do not use wireless keyboards if you deal with sensitive data (yours or someone else's). All it takes is a 'magic box' near your desk to log every keystroke. And no, if there is encryption on the keyboard, it is not secure. Just so you know.
