Catholicterp7
I have a very good friend who is a protestant. Tonight he mentioned something about coming to a Signed Mass and as a joke, please don't take this the wrong way, this is how our relationship works and I know he totally respects me, he said something about "Oh, those crackers aren't filling enough for me to sit there for an hour." I said "Well, you can't receive it anyway, you're not Catholic." Then we started talking about the true presence. His grandma is a very nominal Catholic and other than myself she is the only Catholic he knows very well. He wants to have a conversation about it sometime soon and I feel woefully unprepared for that conversation. First of all, I would appreciate any and all prayers both for the conversation and that somehow God will use me, and for my friend that he will be open. I would also appreciate any ideas of places to look for information on why non-Catholics can't receive as well as good strong arguments for transubstantiation. Thanks!
