Brother Adam
I have been thinking about this...we love our Holy Father. He is doing something that has only been done twice in the history of the papacy to date. There is an unprecedented opportunity to say thanks while he is still here. You could tell he was deeply moved by the standing ovation at St. Peters. I am wondering if we can mail some kind of thank you to Rome. A prayer bouquet? A monetary donation for the church (Peter's Pence) and phatmass shirt? Something to say we will not stop praying for him? Letters that we write to him? Maybe he will never see it, maybe he will. I'd be willing to cover the postage to Rome.
Nihil Obstat
I wonder if we will be able to send him mail after the retirement, if he is living in the Vatican monastery as indicated by Lombardi. I would very much like to do that.
