I need a Confirmation dress. I have been looking since December aaannnd.... nothing. Shabby Apple, Modcloth, and Ruche have been promising, but they are super expensive. Just drop links. I hate frumpy, I like lace, I am okay with right above the knee, and I would prefer off white or ivory.

I don't really have any links right now (I'll keep my eyes out) but if you really struggle, sometimes a top and skirt combo can be easier, and if they're the same colour you get almost the same effect. I did that for a school concert and barely anyone realised I wasn't wearing a dress.

And this may be a really obvious choice but do you know anyone who can sew?

I've been thinking of taking a pattern I love (but I am really too lazy to sew) to a seamstress.

OH MY GOODNESS, WHY, NIHIL?!

I've owned several kilts from the manufacturer who made that dude's kilt, and he did NOT follow the sizing instructions...

*shivers*

Yeah, IMO those are actually kind of cool if they are sized properly. Anyone can tell that that one is not. :hehe:
