I just let my eyebrows go wild. :|

Me too.  :|

Tweezers. Unibrow, cheap and nasty scar on my right one. Scar tissue can lead to ingrowns. Right one is going grey. Only the right one which is weird but probably because of the scar.

Personally don't really care, mine don't look 'un-feminine', and just pretty happy with whatever God gives me. Perhaps all our eyebrows and whatever else would always look fine if we society didn't call us to provoke dark and wild hairs growing back to replace the fair ones we destroyed?? Just a thought. :P

If you have a good threader it will take about 7-10 mins. It would probably take less time if your eyes brows aren't as coarse as mine. I have never had anyone ever over thread... my only fear is they will accidentally get my eye lashes in their thread.. Never happened though.

Yikes I never thought about the eyelash thing!

Just got my eyebrows threaded...it hurt! Nevertheless I'm glad I did it :) Anyone else ever do eyebrow threading? Thoughts?

I've done it before.  It was a little difficult trying to get the thread to wrap around my eyebrows but the finished product looked very nice and lasted a while.  :)

Yes! Threading is the way to go! I even learned how to do it myself, but can only do the top part, the bottom I do with tweezers. It's hard to find anyone who does it here. I went to an Indian guy who did an ok job, but it's weird having a guy do your eyebrows. Back home I go to the mall... that is, Destiny USA and there are booths that do it. It hurts more than waxing, but I don't have any redness afterwards. And you get much cleaner lines. I think it depends on if the person doing it actually knows how to. The first time I did it myself I had big red blotches, obv because I didn't really know how to do it properly. ld say it hurts less than tweezing though. All in all, from seeing it done it looked terrible, but my sister made me try and now I will never go back to any other method! Btw.... I naturally have very abundant eyebrows.... I'm not quite lawn mower material, but almost!

I've never had it done by someone else but I learned the technique via Pintrest. Not skilled enough to do my brows but use it on other facial hair and it works great!

First time I got it done, didn't hurt that badly and I liked the results.

Second time around... OW OW OW. Still liked the results.

Yeah the women who were having their eyebrows threaded before me looked so calm.  So I confidently sat in the chair when it was my turn...how foolish.  Good thing it required my eyes to be closed because there were tears from the pain.  I realize I sound really dramatic right now haha but I will probably get my eyebrows threaded again.  They look great!
