New drawing, this time a more architectural drawing. This is from the National Shrine of the Little Flower, one of their many sets of beautiful bronze doors. I have omitted many of the surrounding details to really focus on the arch and the doors. Just so you know, this is not some crazy modernist 60's thing. ;) This is art deco and comes from the early 1930s. And it's beautiful. :)

So, this is actually really exciting news. :) I am looking forward very much to a new album from Planet Boelex. All of his previous releases have been quite good, and so I eagerly anticipate this next one.

That is really lovely, ARFink!    Looks like the detail at the top on it has St. Therese holding the St. Joan of Arc Sheild!  Nice touch!

When you first said "National Shrine of the Little Flower" I thought you meant the National Shrine of St. Therese, in Darien, IL!!!  Now that art & architecture is NOTHING too memorable:

Although this is pretty.... the panel above the altar; you could do something with this!

This is Peles Castle in Romania, near Transylvania.

I have reason to believe that this is also the castle which became the inspiration for Dracula's castle in the video game Castlevania. (That and also another nearby castle called Dracula's Castle, which is not anywhere as cool looking as this one.)

Today's drawing is this castle from Bucharest. I don't actually know what the castle is called or where exactly it is located though. I tried to figure it out, but haven't found much.

and so is this

you always leave me in awe, dudebro (yes, that is intentional, it's a holdover from undergrad)

Some days I feel like a virtuoso. Other days I pretty much just feel like this. The end result on good days and bad days seem remarkably consistent though.

I just woke up from a nap. I've spent the past hour observing random things around the house (and also the stupid virginity thread), and feeling exactly like this:

I do not know why naps do this to me.
