For A Few Intentions

I have had a rough week due to many situations.

 

One of the kids that the PAL program works with, the program that I participate in, passed away Sunday Morning. She was one of the students that attended the school for kids with special needs where we go, and everyone is really having a hard time. The funeral is Tomorrow January 17.

 

Some of y'all may remember my elementary school PALee from a previous prayer thread a while back. Well yesterday she told me more troubling information that was severe enough that I had to report it my PAL sponsor which reported it to Child Protective Services. This was a really hard situation to go through, and pray for all those involved. I want what's best for my PALee, which is her safety, but it takes a toll to my mentoring relationship with her.

 

And one last thing. This weekend is My Diocese's annual Catholic Youth Conference, and we're expecting at least 2500 teens to be attending. Pray for me, all the participants, and the leaders putting on the conference.
