Roamin Catholic
Nobody in my council calls it the signup form or anything like that, we all just call it Form 100. Brian; get over there and sign BG up.
brianthephysicist
Brian; get over there and sign BG up. Yes, because I'm sure that we're in the same council while living around 400 or 500 miles apart lol I actually don't have any Form 100's left. I gave the only one my council gave me to a friend and when I asked for a replacement it was about the time when they changed it so they told me to wait a month and I forgot. I'll try to remember to ask this weekend at Mass.

BG45
At my church they do have a women's branch for the KoC. It's called the Columbiettes. I love your avatar. That line from Captain America made the Avengers for me! I'm always working. No shifts for this job. I'll send you the form if you don't sign up. I have a bunch.. Poor Roamin, hope you get some decent vacation time at least :( And don't do it Brian. I don't trust PM not to have conspiracies when they feel it's in a person's best interest. After all, that last time this site conspired and I was the target, 17 people prayed a novena for my conversion to Catholicism. :| Including me. :| (Yeah, "Special intention". Sneaky...very sneaky.) Roamin Catholic
Ditto Sadly, I don't think I've signed anyone up in a while. In seriousness, #1 reason to join is the world class insurance products. Better than Northwestern Mutual and the other large carriers. Just sayin
AnneLine
I love the idea of a conspiracy to get people to pray for themselves... he he he... Now about that special intention....

Better than Northwestern Mutual and the other large carriers. Just sayin My old religion teacher (the guy that taught me the stuff that would eventually lead me back to the Church) is the insurance agent for our district. After I joined the Knights I ended up buying insurance through him; it was a wonderful experience. When he was selling to us, he told us about how highly rated the insurance was, but the coolest part was when his explanation of how the Knights invest their money to get the returns that they do. They research companies before investing in them and they will only invest in companies that 1 are closer to the "safe" side of the "safe-risky" scale and 2 operate under Catholic business practices (including only donating to charities exemplifying Catholic ideals - even if they aren't strictly Catholic).
