I have solved the problem. Thread now open again to thank me.

No! If you do this then the terrorists win!

At least you did not break the entire site by making the changes this time. :|

How come you can do this at the drop of a hat, but not re-apply the pretty little flags? :sad2:

it's days like today where I wish my computer screen was a portal that I could reach through and beesh slap people.

The lack of pretty little flags is hard on everyone. You are not alone. :console:

I have PMed a moderator, though he is out of town at the moment. I know that I have been both very enthusiastic about joining an Armenian church that is an Apostolic church and probably overly defensive of my decision. It is the only apostolic church that I feel I can attend right now and the last thing that I wanted was to go back to picking out which Protestant church I could attend. I have always held the Catholic church in deep respect, and though immature in my initial conversion time a couple months ago, I do consider my faith much closer to the Catholic church than ever before. Because of this, it saddens me that I have caused such a divide between myself and those with whom I have had fellowship here.

I started this thread not to discuss tag groups (like the eastern tag thread) or the smart aleck replies that have occurred here, or even the occasional ad homin attack. I honestly do not understand all of what I have apparently done.  I would rather learn than anything else.  My last threads on my choice of church were several months ago, and now I am suddenly changed. I do not understand why. I wish instead of arguing or debating or anything else, I could just learn where I was wrong.

To be clear: you've PMed two moderators, one used-to-be moderator AND you're aware that the entire mod/admin team is aware of your frustration NOT ONLY because of those messages, but because you've created a thread about it. It's also true that at least one person has directed you to an admin (hi, that's me) because you clearly were dissatisfied with the response you received.

Honesty: it really is the best policy.

That said, I still can't understand why you think there is such a huge riff -- especially now. Everyone now sports a phatmasser tag. We're all phatmassers. (YAY!) You are not being singled out (Hassan, please behave) nor does anyone here think any less of you because you have a new tag. (Well, I can't speak for Winchester but, you know how that goes.)

This is what it is. If you want that thing you consider to be a more inclusive tag, convert. :like:
