KnightofChrist
It's amazing how KOFC and Hasan both know what someone else would do in hypothetical situations... Teach me oh wise ones! Ok perhaps I am wrong. Perhaps Hasan wouldn't look at this any differently. In the end I don't care if he would or not. My only real issue here is using the massacre to push a tax plan. Ed Normile
KoC, so you think that all of a sudden Obama should become decent and Presidential ? Tigers do not change their stripes. This man has no moral base, truth and decency is not in his arsenal, neither is compassion. ed
Kevin
If he is doing this, it is probably in bad taste, but that's all. If we go over the cliff, a lot of people are going to suffer. I think it is more likely that he would have been talking about this issue anyway and he simply can't afford to let it be completely overshadowed by the tragedy. Another thing is that I really hope all of you who are expressing distaste are doing so out of concern for the families of the victims, and not because you are defending the GOP's refusal to raise taxes on the wealthy even one cent.
