Dusty Fro
Yeah, I'd imagine if I was brought up Catholic, it would be much easier to accept the details of Catholicism. But since I wasn't even brought up Christian, I have in the past had a hard time even knowing that God loves me sometimes.
Anna
Hmmmmmmmmm. Ok, lemme see if I'm reading this right..... Jesus taught things one way.......or, we can follow our own personal preferences...... The Catholic Church insists upon rigidly following according to Christ's teachings, and protestant churches give more leeway to the personal preferences of various beliefs and interpretations.... So, do you think both have equal footing? Both Catholicism and protestantism are equally pleasing to Christ? Pax Christi. <><

YEA FOR ME But I know someone who was brought up Catholic and they had it drilled into their head when they were a kid that Jesus loves you NO MATTER WHAT...and even though they didn't care or want to know then...they are glad it was pounded into their head...because without that faith at this point in their lifes they would be lost! That is why my kids will be brought up in a Catholic school because I want them to have that...something I didn't! I mean I was raised christian..but very loosely and most importantly NOT CATHOLIC! But thank GOD I AM NOW...and My kids will always be!
