PadrePioOfPietrelcino
So I have been working on designing a semi hard cover case for the four volume set of the LOTH, the idea is a removable cover that can be used year round. I have a basic design worked out, but I am interested in what features do you think you would want in a breviary cover here is what I have thought of so far and I'm trying to work into the basic model I have been able to come up with. 1) a cut out in the back cover which forms a pocket that the current year's Guide can slide into, this also completes the back cover making it more durable or "hard" The idea of making the slot part of the back board came to me, because when I carry the Guide inside the cover itself then the spine gets stretched and stressed. 2) the inside cover a small pocket or two to add prayer cards ect...think like credit card slots in a wallet 3) a magnetic closure flap an inch or two wide to help keep the cover closed when not in use. I want to try to keep the price between $15-$20, so I can't afford to put too many features in the cover with out adding a lot of time in the construction process increasing thus the cost. With that said if someone has a really cool idea or a bunch of people like a certain idea I will try to include it within my design.

To Jesus Through Mary
I would really be interested in buying something like that. The only other things I could think of is a special spot for the insert cards 1, 2, and 3, pen holder, and maybe even the Canticle of Mary and Zechariah some how on the breviary cover itself on the inside. Ed Normile
You could get it made in a third world country child labor sweatshop and save a lot on the cost, but that might just sully the project a tad. :) ed
PadrePioOfPietrelcino
https://www.etsy.com/listing/115475213/loth-cover-case Here is the basic model I came up with, I'm still figuring g out howI might want to do prayer card pockets, the problem I have is that often prayer cards differ so much in dimension, I'm trying to figure out what the most common size are, and I thinkI have a way to attach them that I like. Tell me what you all think.

TheresaThoma
What about making like just a big pocket on the inside (think like the pocket on a car seat or airline seat pocket)? That way you wouldn't have to worry about sizes of cards.
ChristinaTherese
I've heard that Bible covers are bad on the bindings of Bibles, so I would doubt the goodness of the idea. Do you have any way to protect the books from being hurt? (On the other hand, it sounds like a nice idea. (I'd want a cover that protected my LotH from the rain, but that's already made anyway. I think.))

And yes they make set of plastic covers for the LOTH which would be better for rain protection (this one would still keep your breviary dry, but the cover itself s not waterproof.
