My mom actually bought me two books "What to do When You Worry too Much" and "What to do When Your Brain Gets Stuck" (that was for OCD-like behavior), and every now and then I'll go back and read parts of them. They're children's books, but even now, I still use the techniques. After using those, my mild anxiety issues became much easier to manage. Then I got ill and let my coping mechanisms go, but am slowly picking them back up. I actually have diagnosed migraines that are caused by stress, so it's kind of a motivation to manage my stress. And FP, it's easier to manage before it gets worse, so I'd get on that if I were you. ;) I think I'll post more soon when I don't have to use my phone for Phatmass because I'm in bed and have one arm I can use.
