If You Have Time

Please pray for me. I'm always beating myself up over everything. And I never really understood  how bad it was until today when I took time with Jesus to pray about it. As a result I have invisible wounds. None of my friends or family knows this about me so that's I'm asking for your prayers. I don't want to bother you though so it's not a huge deal. But I would be eternally grateful if you could pray for me. Thank you!
