Roamin Catholic
So, I'm trying to figure out what to do with my 2014 vacation time! (Yes, this far in advance) I'm looking for the Pham's advice, here are my personal options so far. I will be traveling from the state of MN. I'm hoping to pick two of these!! 1) Knoxville, TN (Home of my alma matter and gateway to the smokies) 2) Colorado Springs, CO (I almost moved here; part of me still wants to. Have some awesome friends there) 3) Nashville, TN/ Starkville MS (Godson lives in Starkville) 4) Bismarck, ND (Used to live here and have some good friends there) 5) Toledo, OH/Detroit, MI (I lived in Toledo until after high school and I have family in Detroit).......I am going to Toledo in 2013 though, and I annually make trips to Ann Arbor MI for football games. 6) Thunder Bay, ON (This would be the beginings of a trip around Lake Superior) 7) International Falls, MN (Even though I go here monthly for business, it is one of my favorite places in the state) Party on folks! I am open to other ideas. Texas is not an option. Edited December 12, 2012 by Roamin_Catholic

MissScripture
just parts of it. Glacier is great in the summer time. Especially for hiking and stuff. :) I know a great B&B up that way. My parents always wanted to take a family vacation to Glacier, but never got there. That was where they went on their honeymoon. They did take us to Yellowstone, which was pretty cool despite the stench. ;)

theculturewarrior
I have a very fond memory of driving through the Smokey Mountains. Very beautiful landscape. So, are you open to vacationing in California or Vermont?
