I like whiskey the most, but it has adverse effects on me. So my liquor of choice is usually gin. I'm not much of a liquor kind of guy though.

I can't afford the good stuff, but whiskey of any kind is ok with me.

There is a lot of inexpensive good stuff too, if you know what to look for. A bottle of ten year old Laphroaig will run you $25-$40, depending on your local kleptocratic plundering scheme taxation on liquor. :) I think around here the bottle cost me $30, which is barely more than a bottle of Jack Daniels or something.

Hmm. Jack Daniels usually runs about $35 here. I'll have to look into that.

I may be misremembering the price of Jack Daniels, but I distinctly remember the price of the Laphroaig.

I kind of lost my initial taste for bourbon. A while back I bought a bottle of Jim Beam, and that was the only alcohol I drank for several months. Ended up just not liking the flavour anymore.

You can't live in Tennessee for 8 years and not like Jack. The distillery is fun to visit as well. Gentleman Jack is my personal favorite of the Jack Daniels group.

Basilisa Marie

Vodka, rum, whiskey...Yes to all except tequila.

I can't handle tequila.     Not for lack of trying, though.

Chasers are for losers.  :drunks:
