Friend's Mother Diagnosed With Cancer

I just found out at Bible Study last night that my friend's mom was just diagnosed with esophageal cancer.  She is in her 70s and they do not yet know what stage the cancer is in.  Today, they will find out from the oncologist what can be done about it.  Esophageal cancer is very risky.  It metastasizes quickly and causes unbelievable pain.  Please pray for my friend and her mother that they can accept God's will with grace and trust.  Thank you.
