NovemberFourth
Just curious, Francis Clare. I have met Dames of Malta and read the Constitutions but I was under the impression that unless you join the cloistered communities in Italy/Malta that Dames are like a 3rd Order and remain lay because they only make a promise of obedience. The Dames I know are all married. Ditto the above Francis Clare. I have met many Dames, but they were all married. I would like to hear more. I know some Knights in the order who have taken vows, but as yet I have not met a vowed Dame. I'd be very grateful for any insight you can offer. :)
OnlySunshine
Could we let this thread die, please? It was started in November and I've already bought the ring. Please don't continue to vote as it's unnecessary. ;)
