Luigi
From Bonneval monastery in France. Story is taken from the Trappist web page: Bonneval Tuesday, 27 November 2012 09:39 The abbess and the sisters of the community of Bonneval have asked us to share this message with all the brothers and sisters of the Order: Since November 8th, we have had no news of our Sister Lydwine, aged 70 and suffering from Alzheimer's disease. She probably went walking outside the monastery grounds. Despite the help fo the police, the fire service, and many friends and neighbours, we have not up to now been able to find her. Sr LydwineSister Lydwine Roquette, born March 10th 1942, entered Bonneval November 26th 1962; therefore she would have celebrated the 50th anniversary of her entry on Monday November 26th. She was novice mistress from 1981 to 2011, and prioress from 2008 to 2011. She was a delegate at the General Chapter of 2005. We celebrated Mass for her on Saturday November 24th, with her family and many relatives and friends, and supported by the prayer of the communities of the Order, whom we sincerely thank. Kindly pray for our Sister Lydwine and for us.
