Okay, so she is, in fact, married. But, the post is very good and I thought it belonged here. Also, her whole blog is really good and you might be interested in reading it if you read blogs. What she is doing is considered a charism by her bishop, since she is creating a lay association though this concept. The Cloister/hermitage of the heart is of the utmost importance, and once one has learned how to do it will indeed become a way of life. One will also begin to crave silence.

Learning to live in the silences which are available is also key to keeping up this interior recollection. A vacant stretch of wall, an unoccupied corner, etc.
