IcePrincessKRS
I like me some fish tacos. Also, my main reason for replying to this is because I laughed out loud when I heard one of the prizes today is a picture of your cousin Patrick. If that's not included I'm going to be sorely disappointed.

the171
I like to add cilantro. It gives it a nice kick. For Cajun flare, I add either Tony's or Tabasco to my salsa, ground meat, and chicken. All the veggies are from the veggie garden in our backyard. The meat is from our local grocery store. Tacos are a favorite in my family.
homeschoolmom
I make the most "white bread" tacos ever. I'm not even sure they qualify. I brown the ground beef, add the taco seasoning and cook... Then I add as many cheese slices or shredded mild cheddar into the mix as possible. Then I put it in a crunchy taco shell. No veggies, no salsa... just more cheese. It's really like a "Mexican" cheeseburger.
