I must say, I have had tons of changes happen. I have been fighting with my sister for over a year about my acne, saying it's fine and it will go away. I told my sister tonight to get acne stuff and show me the ropes. I even bought a comb! I never comb my hair! Well, now I do, I just didn't used to. My posture has improved greatly as well. I'm working on being more outgoing, on laughing and smiling, etc. I'm outgoing by nature, but my stuttering has always held me back. Now I have decided to not let that get in the way. I practiced it at seminary this weekend, and it really worked. A lot of the time my stuttering wasn't even a problem, and when it was I just worked through it. I'm trying to be more expressive, which again I naturally am at home with my sister, but not to anyone else. Is there anything else I should work on? Any advice on anything other than "Just be you"?

don't overdo on cologne - if you wear any at all. 1-2 sprays of cologne on your skin is plenty. generally the more expensive a cologne is, the more subtle its fragrance.

This cannot be said enough. 99% of the time women put on perfume, I get a terrible headache. It's too strong and my senses don't agree with it. I don't generally use cologne, but I have some in my closet. I'll definitely only spray once if I ever use it.

if you spray it on your skin versus your clothes, it will have a tendency to stick around longer.

Thanks! I'm going to check and see if I still even have the cologne in my closet...

if it is quite old, then it will most likely have gone bad.

at any rate, usually between your soap/body wash and your deodorant, you'll smell nice enough as it is, without using cologne. :)

I found it! I sprayed it once, and I have to say one is definitely enough. It smells nice, and it only gave me a
minor headache so far. I'm sure if I was on a date or something I would survive a minor headache, though.

And it's almost a year old, but it seems the scent has survived. Do you think it's near the end of its use, though?

I am over four minutes into that video.

I have been opening the door and pulling out chairs for women since I was really young. My sister ingrained these things into me eons ago. And I'll get on that deodorant. Give me a few minutes to finish this video.
