Catholic Care Of Leeds Loses It 5 Year Legal Fight.

This Catholic adoption agency from the U.K. has been engaged in a legal battle to run their adoption agency in way they seem fitting to their moral viewpoint. They wanted to keep their practise of only allowing adoptions to heterosexual parented families, not to same sex familes. A court decided that this practise was “divisive, capricious and arbitrary” and undermined the dignity of homosexual couples whose parenting abilities are “beyond question”. I wonder who decided that same sex couples parenting abilities were " beyond question " in the first place, seems like they are painting with a broad brush for political correctness. I bet we will have this to face here soon in the states judging from the stance our Imperial Leader has taken on gay marriage/rights.
