[/quote] He taught in a seminary...that's what really stuck out to me. And I looooove Franciscans. Also, I love history, especially early American Catholic history. He was a major missionary in the Spanish colonies in North America. He also raised a donation to send to George Washington during the Revolution. I think that's pretty cool. Just some little things that, as I read about him, really stick out to me. I like him! And this biggest thing: He is the patron of Vocations..
