HisChildForever
My power came on a couple hours ago, and cell phone service was restored last night (although it's still a bit wonky). All in all, my area is okay. Nearby towns along the Hudson have been pretty much destroyed, however, and the Jersey shoreline has been virtually obliterated. Few gas stations are open. I saw only three open on the way to-and-from work (out of maybe twenty total that I passed), and at the hours I passed (4pm and 10pm) the line of cars stretched for over a mile. People have been waiting an average of four hours for gas, about two hours if you're just filling up a gas can. Please keep the northeast in your prayers :/
CatherineM
Absolutely. I certainly don't miss hurricane stuff living here. The fear and worry and then survivor's guilt.
KnightofChrist
Prayers for everyone effected. Does anyone else know if other Pmers in the northeast that we have not heard from are ok?
