Spem in alium
The College finally has Eucharistic Adoration running through Sunday night and Monday morning. Super exciting! Each Monday morning between 6 and 7 AM, I will spend time with the Lord. This morning was the very first Adoration session, and it was so wonderful to be able to get involved and to be alone with Jesus. We don't have our own chapel for Adoration, so it's held in a small room in one of the dorms. Before the Blessed Sacrament I sang, read Scripture, prayed the Rosary and meditated. I am hoping to do these things (or at least something similar) each hour I'm there. I keep PMers in my intentions always, but just wanted to say that if anyone has any specific request they want me to bring before Christ, let me know. I'll make a note of it and include it in my Rosary decades or meditation. Blessings! Special prayers for those affected by the hurricane on the east coast. I'll keep these in my intentions throughout the week and remember them especially before the Blessed Sacrament.
