Well Romney [b]did[/b] kill the wife of the Missionary President on his Mission in the car crash. And he did claim that a drunken Catholic Bishop caused the accident -- and died in the crash. But the Catholic Bishop wasn't drunk, didn't die, and wasn't charged with causing the accident.

They had the story of Romney strapping the dog to the roof of the car. I could have gotten the same story from a different website.
