MIKolbe
it's around 60% assuming the set up time for the screen lasts for at least 100 shirts and scrap rate at 5% (he's a rather sloppy screener)
dUSt
The cost of a shirt is around $2.71 before shipping A gallon of ink is around $65 a gallon The screen per design is around $18 The conveyor dryer cost me $1500 The press cost me around $1200 I do all the labor myself. The shirts cost $14. Is that enough info for you to figure it out?
MIKolbe
also assuming the cost of setting up the screen is roughly $30.not taking his time into account.. cause if he worked for me, i would pay him $0.05/hr

IgnatiusofLoyola
I read it more as "Catholics vs. the evils of the world" and not "Catholics vs. the other residents of the world."
After I thought about it, I read the T-shirt that way, too. I simply thought I'd bring up that some non-Catholics might not think of reading it that way, and it could be a turnoff. It's not a reason not to wear or buy the T-shirt, just a possible issue.
MIKolbe
scrap would be higher.. i was only assuming shirt scrap.. he's rather wasteful with the inks too... so 5% material scrap on the shirt, 7% material scrap on the ink, and well labor scrap I really don't care.. it's 5 cents/hour.. call it rounding error....
