HopefulHeart
The Secret Life of Walter Mitty (2013) Entertaining Angels: The Dorothy Day Story I watched both movies while I was visiting the Daughters of St. Paul. They were a bit of a change from my usual pre-1960 film fare, but I enjoyed both of them.

Spem in alium
The Others. Bakhita: From Slave to Saint. Very moving film, with strong acting, but was quite over-dramatised and had a lot of inaccuracies.
Not A Mallard
Raiders of the Lost Ark An old-fashion adventure with charming performances by Harrison Ford, Karen Allen, and John Rhys-Davies; constant thrills that become a little redundant at times; and a genuine sense of mystery and awe surrounding the titular Ark of the Covenant. Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade I used to like it more than Raiders, but now I realize that it's silly to the point of self-parody at times, with situations that are much more contrived and implausible than anything in Raiders. I'd prefer it to The Temple of Doom any day though;
