Our infamous boss man, dUSt, says that if people could step up and help donate more per month, we could get on a server that will speed things up, get the store working again, and maybe even get the phatmass app up. Check the details:

"Right now the monthly hosting costs are about $70/month. Our current monthly donation subscribers add up to $60/month. It would take about $130/month to get a good server that's able to handle the phorum with no issues.

So... 26 people giving $5/month, or 13 people giving $10/month.

"Also, the phatmass app is going to cost $30/month to maintain. That's why I haven't launched it yet. I'm broke. haha... Also, the t-shirt and CD sales have been way down because of the slowness of the phatmass store. I've just purchased a new eCommerce solution for that, so hopefully sales will pick up and I won't have to depend on donations anymore."

I think with as active as phatmass is, we can get people to step up and donate monthly (or more per month) than we are now. There has to be at least 26 people who are willing to donate $5/month. I'm committing to donating at least $5 more per month than I am right now. How about you?

I can consider it, though with no new work coming in I'm also pretty well broke right now.

A suggestion to dUSt: use BigCartel for the store, it's nice.

Thanks for posting Lil Red! I can only make a one time donation, as I won't have a computer or be paying bills within the next couple months.

Just a side note-a $5 monthly donation is so reasonable! I had to re=read it to make sure I wasn't missing a zero or something! Very affordable for the average person.
