All I have to say is that this phenomenon is now referred to as "climate change." Global warming is a misnomer. Semantix. Hasan, you've made a few threads concerning this topic and they mostly follow this outline: global warming is scientifically undeniable, it will cause many people to suffer and die, and anyone who denies this is irresponsible. To which I ask: what the hell is your point? What do you wish to accomplish? It would be dandy methinks if we could talk about ways to reduce consumption or any specific pieces of legislation that pops up that involve the stemming of this epidemic. There are plenty of resources out there if you are interested in looking into this and I would be happy to link you to some. The best thing you all could do is, since you all refuse to vote for democrats, is to pressure the republicans that you support to take this seriously.
