I Need Prayers For The Healing Of My Injured Knee

Hey everyone. I would really appreciate it if you would pray for the healing of my left knee. I injured both of my knees about two weeks ago. I was standing and I turned with my upper body but I managed to turn my legs too and it twisted both of my knees. My left knee did not hurt as bad as the right one at first but fairly soon it began to hurt a lot more than the right one. I am still having problems with my right knee as well but the pain is very minor in comparison to the left knee. I can't stand for more than a couple minutes without severe pain and I also feel really unstable when I stand or walk. The pain gets worse at night. I am going to call my doctor in the morning and see if she wants to run any tests or anything. I am afraid I have permanently damaged it. Both my Mom and my maternal Grandmother have a history of knee problems and I do as well. I had bursitis in my knee once a couple of years ago and that is what this feels like but it just refuses to go away. Thank you for your prayers.
