Update On Hopefulbride

Hi there VS!

I disappeared rather quickly and I wanted to give my PM and VS pham an update as to how I'm doing. On October 6th I arrived in Spokane to begin my pre-candidacy with the [url="http://www.sistersofmarymc.org/"]Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Church[/url]and on October 7th I was blessed to be able to make my total consecration to Our Lady in the presence of the new candidate, our Postulant Mistress and the Vocation directress. I was also joined by a friend of the community who also made her total consecration of that day. Fr. St. Hilaire gave us a blessing.

Day-to-day life with the sisters is a blessing. I am grateful to be able to pray with the sisters, share in the convent duties and get to know each and everyone of them in a better way. I am on the hunt for a job that would allow me to continue to make a dent in my student loans as my lead with Catholic Charities did not pan out. I ask for your prayers as I continue to actively discern my vocation (and look for a job) Please share my [url="https://dynasvocation.wordpress.com/"]blog[/url] or [url="http://www.facebook.com/dynasvocation?ref=hl"]Facebook page[/url] with someone and invite them to support a vocation.

I live in Washington state, where Spokane is located not to far from me. My father was stationed at Fairchild AF base back in the day. The sisters have been keeping in touch with me since my knee surgery. They are so wonderfully thoughful and have touched my heart!
