DiscerningCatholic
Aka the only movies that are worth watching 99.9% of the time! Does anyone have favorites/recommendations? I wasn't sure whether or not to put this in the lame board, so I didn't. It would probably get hijacked in the lame board. I really like Leonardo Defelippis's movie about St. Therese, as well as the Italian movie about St. Maria Goretti. MeteorShower
Brother Sun, Sister Moon? Sorry DC, Franciscan movie It's kind of weird and hippie-ish, but there are some very beautiful moments I adore the Mother Teresa movie with Olivia Hussey. I seriously just wanted to go to India and become an MC after watching that movie. The trailer always makes me cry too, no matter how many times I watch it. I definitely reccomend this movie, if you haven't seen it already! Era Might
"A Man For All Seasons" with Paul Scofield as St. Thomas More. It was originally a play by Robert Bolt. The acting in the movie is great...that old style acting that you don't see anymore.

Groo the Wanderer
For Greater Glory/Cristiada Bl. Jose Sanchez del Rio as well as the other martyrs of the Cristero War. Many of them Knights of Columbus, btw... Slappo
Miracle Man is about Padre Pio and really good. The Scarlet and the Black - I don't recall if this is about a particular saint, but it is an amazing Catholic movie Ostrov (The Island) is about a Russian Orthodox saint and was very very good (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0851577/). He reminded me a bit of St. Francis in his "silly saint" ways.
