The Carmelite Sisters of the Divine Heart of Jesus have updated their newsletter for Fall 2012! They changed the format a little bit and I like it much more because it's more personal. My friend, Sr. Mary Elizabeth wrote a small snippet about her relationship with Bl. Elizabeth of the Trinity whom she is named after in religious life. The new postulants talked about their beginnings in the convent. Incidentally, one of the new postulants -- Christina -- is niece to Sr. Mary Joseph (the Provincial Superior)! I find it fascinating when more than one family member enters the same order.
