Precert Again ... Major Problem

Hi Pham:

My insurance company has decided to do a full cert due to the mistakes my doctor's office made in filling out the forms.

This means that I (who is not at fault in any of this) is in essence punished for their actions, and I won't get a cert for up to 15 days.

Long story short -- no injections until the end of this month. I'm done. I've lost it. I'm upset, and basically crying (still controlled but barely). If I was at home I'd be bawling.

Pray for me please. I've got class starting in about a week ... and I'm tempted to cancel. I'm in no shape spiritually to start this class.
