AlexRenn
The Year of Faith is starting in two weeks. What are people's plans? I saw and signed up for the Daily Catechism excerpt in my email on the Phatmass homepage. That looks super cool. A great way to keep Faith in the forefront for the year. I am also leading a project through my company—reading the Catechism in a year with community notes. With our version of the Catechism, you can take notes that everyone in a group can read. I think it's pretty cool. We also have the opportunity to explore the citations in the Catechism. You can read more about the Year of Faith at our blog. and learn more about our version of the Catechism here. But there must be tons of Year of Faith initiatives going on. What is your group of friends/parish/diocese doing for the year? Anything you wish someone was doing that you haven't been able to find? Maybe we can inspire each other to make this year even better! - Alex Renn
beatitude
So are you actually here for a discussion about the Year of Faith, or are you just trying to promote your software? If you're here to advertise, it might be better to be open and upfront about that.
AlexRenn
I admit that the initial idea was to contact Phatmass regarding our software, but when I realized I could post in the phorum, I decided it would be more interesting to hear what others are doing for the year. I promote the software because I think it is a great tool, but I always want to use it to increase knowledge of the Faith. I think this phorum is also a great way to accomplish that, and as I said in the last post, I think the Daily Catechism Email is another great vehicle to that end. I sincerely want to hear what people are doing, or want to do. I was astonished there isn't another thread about this (or maybe I just couldn't find it...) But this year seems like a great time to support each other and grow in community.
