Hi Pham:

There's no chance that I will get the injections tomorrow ... the doctor was not in yesterday to sign the forms that needed to be faxed.

Please, please, please storm heaven that the paperwork goes through smoothly for the injections to happen next Tuesday oct 2. I'm really tired of the pain, and this actually makes it worse (stress and anger make the headaches worse).

I also don't want to get the injections one day before flying either -- and they had originally suggested Oct 11 as the date. If the cert doesn't happen until then, then I'm forced to wait until the week of the 29th.
