Luigi
According to Aquinas - I can't quote chapter & verse, but I read it somewhere - Love is wanting what is best for the other person. Now. What is best for the other person? Discuss.

KnightofChrist
We are young, heartache to heartache we stand No promises, no demands love is a battlefield Woah, we are strong, no one can tell us we're wrong Searching our hearts for so long, both of us knowing Love is a battlefield... PhuturePriest
Society's understanding of love is a feeling, and once that feeling has gone you have "fallen out of love". Your relationship/marriage should be fixed or ditched as soon as possible if this feeling fades away. But that is not really love, it's simply a feeling. Love is a choice, it's an action - not a feeling. For instance, Jason Evert says a man may not feel that honeymoon feeling when he is woken up by his seventh month pregnant wife at five in the morning to get her some food, but it is an act and choice of love that motivates him to do so. Or this is photo-shopped.
