Women: Do Physically Attractive Men Exist?

I am not about to knock anyone for getting married at some arbitrarily young age. :P Although if I knew someone getting married at 18 I would have serious doubts. :smile3:
But still, I am 21. I will be 22 next July when I get married. Definitely young. So I do not want to be a hypocrite.

Still, the attraction thing... I have always thought that it would be very strange to want to be involved romantically with someone long term if I did not find them attractive. I absolutely think that physical attraction is a good and natural reaction.

I heard one woman say she wasn't physically attracted to her husband at all before she got married, but afterwards she was.

Maybe that is the female mind working differently from the male. I do not know, and I am not really qualified to speculate. However, if it were me, I do not think I would become romantically involved with a girl to whom I was not at all physically attracted.

As I said, I think physical attraction is natural and essentially good. Like all things relating to our passions, it is seriously affected by our fallen nature, perhaps to the degree of severe distortion. Therefore taken in isolation it would be an unsound standard. However, integrated with other solid Catholic principles of love and vocation, I think it certainly should play a role. That is about as much as I can say.

Also one that says "Only me."

Then we get rid of the poll title that specifies female response.
