Its funny Im trying to think of all the christian bands that don't impress me that much cuz there not "Edgey" sounding enough. Some of these bands might have harder songs or even albums but none of these are metal bands.

Saviour Machine - Christian Goth Band

Gungor - Christian group I learned of here that is friggen amesome as far as that style goes

The violet Burning - Christian? Rock and roll, seems like Christian friendly music that I forgot about.

Mute Math, not sure exactly, but not quite typical (look up their song Typical)

David Lynch - trippy, experimental coolness

Sparklehorse - not as weird as Lynch, but cool enough for Radiohead. Some songs include rare language.

Eland - somewhere between soft goth and new age, similar to Dead Can Dance.

Rent - the musical about NY poor, creative folk in the 90's. amesome story about love.

Tajci - soloist singer, Christian, great voice

Abir (or Abeer) Nehme - Let's just say that this girl does Antiochian, Byzantine, and Syriac hymns and got the highest marks her school ever had in oriental music (her university major). Do yourself a favor and hear this woman's music.

Mihaela Ursuleasa - classical pianist

Rupa and the April Fishes - international Indian American Band with French influence

Some of One Republics music is good.

Most, if not all, of "Waking Up" is really good.

Some of One Republics music is good. I LOVE Tenth Avenue North, a Christian band that does a lot of relevant songs to the everyday life. Josh Blakesley Band is a Catholic band which is good, Jackie Francois, Lifehouse, Jeremy Camp, Brandon Heath, Switchfoot, The Fray, JJ Heller, Leeland, One Sonic Society, and many others that I can't think of at the moment.

I'm sorry, Hasan, we can't be friends anymore. Blowing off the Meetup is one thing, but posting this trash in the music recommendation thread is not forgivable
