Self-discipline And Humility

Hi Pham,
I am becoming more and more aware of my huge lack of self-discipline and also humility. Went to confession last night, and today I feel like I really need to make a serious change from the same-old-same-old. I want to become more self-disciplined, but I know from trying and failing (so many times) that I cannot rely solely upon myself for that. I need to be more humble and to look to God more often when I get off track instead of trying to get myself back under my own power. If you have time I would appreciate a prayer I need all the help I can get in these two areas! Thank you!
