Pray For Me (again)

Hi Phamily:

I have 3 weeks to go before I get my injections, which hopefully will stop the neck pain. I am on a 2nd new med to try to prevent the headaches, at least this time I'm not cognitively slow. I also now have migrane medication so that I can stop the constant headache (when it gets that bad that even 800mg of ibuprofen didn't take the edge off -- it was that bad about a week and a half ago).

I'm also in a funk -- the sudden unexpected trip to PR set it off. I'm reeling over mom's death again, and its been 5 years. I did not get a chance to visit the gravesite (we got there too late).

Church has not been fun either -- it has been a chore, especially with the drama.

There are two more details that I won't get into due to the public nature of the phorum. And I need to bring my stress level down (it is part of the cause of the almost-never-ending-headache).

Finally, I can't pray. Period. Adoration is difficult -- I sit there. Watching my watch. Usually I look forward to being before Our Lord -- not right now though.
