Marie-Therese
For urging young children to like the Twitter page.
Being dumb is not illegal. Neither is a gross Twitter feed. Knee jerk "sue all the things" reactions are one of the primary problems with American culture. This situation is stupid on numerous levels. Should Biggs be fired for being crass on his own feed? No. Should Nickelodeon look into a change in management? Perhaps. Should TMNT be remade, with the guy who fondles pastries as a voice actor? I think the root of the problem lies herein. Besides, has Nickelodeon made an actual children's program in years? And why are they promoting off-channel products like individual Twitter accounts? Have an account for the show if it is that freaking important. Fact is, more than likely they did an automatic referral to their actors' Twitters without vetting them, or even thinking about the content too much. A lot of pop culture is mutually self-aggrandizing and common sense gets lost in translation. Forty lashes for everyone. Why can't they just dump green slime on people like they did in the good old days? So much simpler.

PhuturePriest
I never generally watch television anymore, but sadly I must pay to have such television stations as EWTN and Fox News, so I put up with the other stuff.
