Mine is pretty evenly split between straight from iTunes (when I'm impatient) and buying / ripping the CD. Usually even if I buy from iTunes, I'll purchase the physical copy too. I tend to listen to Pandora as my "radio" and will get songs I really like from other sources (amazon, itunes, etc., whatever is most convenient).
