Physical Ailments, Prayer Group

Hi Pham:

I have been feeling physically very ill for the last two weeks. I get injections for a chronic, non-curable, non-lifethreatening illness every three months (and can only get them every three months due to insurance coverage -- they are very expensive).

I had doctor issues at the end of last year -- was symptom free until about March (and I started to have some symptoms then in March, not too severe). Found a new doctor, who took 3 months to write the script for the injections. She did the injections without the records, and did not do the injections right (nor with a sufficient dose).

My symptoms are back at full force, and the symptoms cause severe headaches.

I saw a new doctor last week -- we tried a medication to prevent headaches as well as some sort of block injections, and they have done nothing (the medication actually gave me cognitive side effects as well as irritability).

I am scheduled for the usual injections as soon as I am eligible, which is in another month, but in the meanwhile I am still in pain. Please pray.

And as far as the prayer group -- they are now without a musician for at least two weeks, and I need to make a tough call. Given the issues that I have personally had with the leader of the group, I don't know if I'm willing to do it. I also don't know if I'm willing to open myself to be "preached" to in public.
