Neighborhood Drama

This summer, a little girl moved in on our block. She has been exhibiting bully-like (passive aggressive) behavior towards my little sister. This causes my sister to become upset and lose her sense of self-worth. Somehow, this issue has come to involve every kid and their parents in our neighborhood. This is a stressful, disappointing, and very ridiculous issue that my family spends a lot of time dealing with.

I crossed a line in being protective of my sister, and spoke to this little girl without her parents being nearby. Any reasonable adult knows that this is a huge mistake, as it is this child's word against yours when the parents are told, etc.

My mother cannot handle controversy, and due to this situation she has been making herself sick from stress and has not been sleeping at night. All of the involved people know that we are Catholics and that I am becoming a nun. Please pray that:

a) My actions will not ruin their image and view of the Catholic faith
b) that my mom will be healed from her stress-related afflictions, and for my family.
c) for the conversion of heart of this little girl. I know that kids don't act this way unless something is not right at home.
d) Please pray for me. I am having uncharitable thoughts towards children..the 'protectiveness' instinct has gone too far.
