MissScripture
I need ideas so I can either make him a costume or rope my mom into making him one. Suggestions? He will be 9 months old by Halloween.

Jaime
put a large cabbage leaf on his head and have a bucket that says "Save me from Anne Geddes" BTW I know what you and Roamin are doing. 9 month olds can't eat that much candy!
xTrishaxLynnx
Sis, you are a goober! This started from the MN hangout thread, yes?
You should dress him up as a peanut.
That's a good idea!
The obvious one is... John Paul!
HAHA, that would be quite interesting...
Maybe a cow? How about R2D2, or a teeny Ewok.
All of those sound really cute, especially the Ewok hehe.
I like the costume idea. That's one that you wouldn't have to explain, too! I know what they're doing, too... They're going to give me all the candy for my birthday, DUH!
I am making my own Franciscan Friar habit out of (Hopefully) brown wool fabric this Halloween (And yes, I am going Trick Or Treating with my sister, because I'm the bee's knees). They are very easy to make. The fancier ones like the Dominican Friar habit take a little more work, but even then it is pretty basic.

AnneLine
Maybe..... you can dress him up like a bag of candy (his head & some extra bars sticking out of a sack....) .... and then have a 2nd pocket in which the householders would put more loot! (But be sure you have a STRONG barrier between your sweet li'l darling & and your [s]loot[/s] candy or uh, you could have some xtra interesting tootsie rolls.....)
