16 DAYS! *screams in a nervous, excited, petrified way*

I swear, the other day it was 40 days away.

God will reward your courage, Claire! I know you probably don't feel it, but you are SO strong. I just found this thread today, but reading through the whole thing has made me admire you very much. Several times, I was reading what you wrote, thinking "Good Lord, this young lady sounds like a living Saint!"

Seriously, though, what you say is incredibly edifying and I know that our Jesus is taking SO MUCH delight in your faithfulness, especially since you are suffering so much.

The glory you will enjoy in heaven someday keeps growing brighter with every faithful, courageous breath you take. Even the sobbing ones. Jesus cried too. You're so much like him in your suffering.

I will pray for you. I know Bl. Chiara is at Jesus' side praying for you, with all the other Saints and esp. our Mother.

YOU ARE AMAZING.

Oh my, this post is very sweet! Thank you.

When I read my posts I don't think that, but thank you anyway. I try to be faithful through this, but I fail a lot more than I succeed. I am nowhere near sainthood. ;)

Know of my prayers for you.

I think you need some jiving penguins and tap-dancing krill in your life. I can never watch what happens at 1:47 without feeling a little better about everything. :)

One month anniversary of the surgery that really changed my life. I haven't talked a lot about the actual surgery here since then.

It was one of the most successful surgeries of this kind they've seen. Recovery was a lot easier than I had expected, and the best part is that this is almost over. About two more months of PT and then I will be in the clear, pretty much.

There have been so many blessings in my life the past several months, despite how hard this has been.

It'll all be over soon, it always is, and I'm really happy to finally be the Claire I want to be. :)

I'm so glad that you are doing better, Claire. I will continue praying every day for you. Tell us when you finally reach the day of being in the clear!
